*these are full squat cleans, where the hip gets below the knee
*KB swings are fully overhead

Brother's house in Wilmington, Delaware.. . . but, NO ALCOHOL until the first snow(they have to be calling for at least 3 inches for it to count)OR Christmas Eve. Hey, ya' have to celebrate Jesus' birthday, man.
