Kroc Rows: 30-40 reps of one-arm bent over rows using a KB/DB with as heavy weight as possible. Suggested weight is 1.5 pood for males and 25lb DB for females.
For time:
25 Squats
25 Push-ups
25 Ring Rows
25 Thigh Touches
50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Ring Rows
50 Thigh Touches
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Ring Rows
75 Thigh Touches
Cool down: Foam roll and static stretch as needed.

The poeple are great but aside from that, I like the fact that the work out is already planned. I used to hate going to the gym wondering what I should do - now I go and am told what to do. I perfer structure and guidance and crossfit gives both.
Oh BTW Erin, I made kale last night - it was a big hit. Thanks.
The people are great, and working out in a group inspires competition, which helps to complete a workout faster. The opportunity to correctly learn various movements is very valuable, which is not immediately obvious from the website videos/ instructions.
i love the people, the guidance, and how I end the work outs passed out on the floor :-)
