WOD today; Push press 220x3

Then tabata PP & SDHP alternating for 12rds. . .I think between 136 and 146 reps. Steve probably gave me 5-10 that I shouldn't have gotten due to not locking out correctly. So, more like 126-136 But, thats because he forgot my birthday and felt bad.
