So the affiliate blog is trying to get lots of answers to the following question: What 10 things do you believe? SO... CrossFit Tribe, what do you believe?
1. We believe CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone.
2. We believe in the same way that iron sharpens iron, so one Tribe member sharpens another.
3. We believe that the Pop Shop will never be Paleo - and this is ok.
4. We believe that heavy is better.
5. We believe in the Phillies. :)
6. We believe that discipline in an hour long period has endless potential to flow over into the lives of our members.
7. We believe that the tempo of the first 5 songs of that same old Offspring CD will forever dictate the pace of our best metcons.
8. We believe people can change.
9. We believe in the satisfaction of a little bit of jerky and a few nuts and berries after a hard day.
10. We believe... that the best is yet to come.

within 15-30 minutes of my last rep. . .NO LONGER. . . 60 grams of Hydro Whey, 40 grams of Waximaze mixed with a small orange gatorade(35 gms of sugar. . .for a total of 75 grams of sugar)20 grams of glutamine & 1 scoop of BCAA powder. About 2 hours later. . .10 eggs(7-8 white 2-3 yolks) with a piece of cheese thrown in for flavor and 2-3 pieces of dry rye toast. Last meal of day, 2 chicken breasts and WHOLE can of asparagas.

1. I believe CrossFit has kind of saved my life... and if not CrossFit - then athletics.

9. I believe that I will get a muscle up by the end of the year, if not sooner.
